One of the ‘trends’ or phrases of the past year or so has been about ‘living your best life’. Whilst it may be subjective to what living your best life actually is , I am all here for it. The best description I have come across is from Urban Dictionary which describes living your best life as:
“Life is short. Do what you need to do to live it to the fullest, however odd.”
I asked my Twitter family what it meant to them and here are a few of their answers…

Living your best life is about:
1) being happy
2) loving yourself (flaws and all)
3) building healthy relationships with the people around you
4) finding your purpose
5) spending money on experiences (for sure)
6) being at peace & not entertaining negativity https://t.co/Vu7sLt0Rfi
