Musings: My Autumn/Winter Moodboard 🍁🍂🍃❄️

It’s September very very soon, which means that the weather is going to be changing here in London. Nights getting darker, leaves beginning to fall off the trees and the temperature will begin to cool down. There is something so magical about the Autumn/Winter season and makes my heart swell. 🌟

I love the fashion, the food and being just all cosy and snuggly with a cup of tea in the evening. I cannot wait to spend my weekends in bed watching Netflix, I become a serious recluse come winter. Maybe it’s because I’m at work all week – I try and do all my errands around my schedule so I can just chill at home on the weekend. Perhaps it’d be different if I had a car but I don’t want the responsibility that comes with maintaining a vehicle. Anyway, the premise of this post was just to share my favourite colours for this season as well as few things on my wish-list…

Black, grey, mustard, rich purples, blues, greens, oxblood, and cream are absolutely my favourite colours to wear or see throughout the season. I find them so much more enticing and easier to wear than summer’s bright tones. The best thing about winter is that it is easy to style your outfits too as you tend to stick to a neutral and have coloured accessories or vice versa. IMG_0875

Another thing I love about the season is that food seems to taste much better – maybe it’s me, but I love food in winter. But I also have to remember to workout too – which is hard when you just want to snuggle up on the sofa!

What are you looking forward to wearing this Autumn/Winter season? Do you have anything planned?

There is something so beautiful and elegant about wearing nude, beige, caramel tones, whether it be on your nails, clothing or shoes. A Little Bit About Me

Welcome to my little space on the internet, known as Memoirs and Musings. I’m Char, short for Charlotte and my blog/website/diary is dedicated to documenting my Memoirs and Musings, hence the name. I wouldn’t say I was your ‘typical’ blogger either. I don’t care about getting the perfect flatlay or feeling bad for not posting, I just enjoy writing. If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading. Anyway, I love to travel, indulge in a glass of white wine, when plans are cancelled and purchase overpriced make up.  I guess that’s me in a nutshell, trying to figure out this thing called life, have fun and never lose sight.
