Memoirs: Exploring the ‘Scoop’ Exhibition with OGX at The BMOF

Ice cream. It unites us all and it comes in a form to suit you whether it be a sorbet, a soft scoop or gelato.

I had no idea there a British Museum of Food and I’m glad I had the chance to experience it. Hidden away behind King’s Cross station, its out of the hustle and bustle of the commuters and an oasis for a foodie like me.

Here are a few reasons why you need to visit:

OGX Beauty

You’re probably wondering what ice cream has to do with OGX Beauty but it’s all about the senses in some way, shape or form. Whether it be smelling whats in it and guessing the ingredients, touching the product and smothering your hair in it or just feeling better with shiny hair.

A good hair day…

I remember stocking up on OGX shampoo back on my NYC trip in 2016 and I’m still using their products to this day. I was kindly some of their new products to try and I’m glad they’re sulphate free. If you get regular Brazilian blowdries, you’ll need to stock up products that don’t contain sulphates as they will ruin it.

I can’t wait to try the Bonding Plex collection!

Please note, my ticket to SCOOP was courtesy of OGX (thanks guys!).

About Me

Welcome to my little space on the internet, known as Memoirs and Musings. I’m Char, short for Charlotte and my blog/website/diary is dedicated to documenting my Memoirs and Musings, hence the name. I wouldn’t say I was your ‘typical’ blogger either. I don’t care about getting the perfect flatlay or feeling bad for not posting, I just enjoy writing. If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading. Anyway, I love to travel, indulge in a glass of white wine, when plans are cancelled and purchase overpriced make up.  I guess that’s me in a nutshell, trying to figure out this thing called life, have fun and never lose sight.
