Before I was sent some Spacemasks to try, I realised I had actually tried one of them before! The jet lag when I went to Hong Kong last November was pretty immense and I needed something to knock me out that wasn’t alcohol or counting sheep.
If you’ve never heard of the Spacemasks brand before, their single hero product are self-heating eyemasks infused with a low concentration dose of jasmine. Essentially, ‘the heating process works by a thin layer of iron filings entwining with the oxygen molecules in the air’ (Source).
All you need is you, 15 mins and you’ll be drifting off to space with a mask.
What’s in the box
From the moment you open the box and read how to use the mask you will be temptingly invited on a journey of relaxation. There are 5 cute little foil pouches in each box. There are detailed instructions on the box and the pouches. The pouches have a best before date. We doubt it will come to that. Inside the pouch you will find the jasmine infused Spacemask. Now just place the Spacemask over your eyes and the loops over your ears. Recline and enjoy.
Living in London it’s hard to unwind, hard to not always feel like you need to be switched on or doing something so its important to take time out for you even if its only 15 minutes. I dedicate Sundays to self care aka Self Care Sunday and popping on a Spacemask with some headphones in was the perfect way to unwind before the rat race of the Monday to Friday life.

Welcome to my little space on the internet, known as Memoirs and Musings. I’m Char, short for Charlotte and my blog/website/diary is dedicated to documenting my Memoirs and Musings, hence the name. I wouldn’t say I was your ‘typical’ blogger either. I don’t care about getting the perfect flatlay or feeling bad for not posting, I just enjoy writing. If you’ve made it this far, thank you for reading. Anyway, I love to travel, indulge in a glass of white wine, when plans are cancelled and purchase overpriced make up. I guess that’s me in a nutshell, trying to figure out this thing called life, have fun and never lose sight.
